Je viens de le lire Monsieur de St. Loup. C'est le meillieure de tous les trois. J'aime le plus cette ambience de la tyrannie dans cette series, les soldats squelettes, les affames, les sbires. Je veux voir cetter series continuer...

On ne peut pas employer son argent dans un meillieur maniere...

Je peux lire les ecritures en Francais, mais je ne peux parler en Francais, je regrette.

I just wish to say, I've purchased the first two books on this series and enjoyed them a great deal. I almost wish they were more realistic and avoided all the Golem and magic ring business however. The story of the terrible revolutions of the late 18th and early 19th centuries are obscure to many, particularly here in N. America. And Hubert and Tanquerelle are at their best when dealing with history in particular the history of tyranny.

Wouldn't it be lovely if they collaborated to produce an illustrated bande dessine of Henri Beyle's (Stendahl) Chartreuse de Parme?

Who else could do it but those two?
